Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly

Detailed Responsibilities:

Tenant Engagement:

  • Promptly address tenant inquiries and complaints.

Maintenance Oversight:

  • Supervise property maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Leasing and Tenant Management:

  • Assist in the leasing process and manage lease renewals.
  • Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage rent collections and assist in budget oversight.

Administrative Functions:

  • Maintain organized property files and manage correspondence.
  • Utilize property management software for tracking property data.

Team Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff.

Customer Service:

  • Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners.
  • Develop procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to regulations related to property management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in property management
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in property management software
