About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with making deliveries as needed.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options with customers.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
