**Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams and provide vision care services to patients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry advancements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:***

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school (optional).
  • Valid state ophthalmology license (optional).
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9 form.
