Key Responsibilities- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are in place prior to processing orders
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with senior specialists and managers to identify areas of price and cost improvement
- Maintain vendor price list data files and systems
- Review warehouse inventory reports and customer demand to forecast optimal production

- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience in purchase order management or related administrative roles
- Prior work experience using procurement systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and complex formula creation
- Additional education in business administration or supply chain management
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and transportation logistics
- Familiarity with purchase order management systems
- Prior experience with managing item pricing
- Knowledge of Sage 100 ERP system
