We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center.
About the Role:This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and empathetic nurse who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, manage complex cases, and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to meet staffing needs and support our growing patient population.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or higher degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- 1+ year of experience in critical care, medical-surgical, or nephrology preferred but not required.
- A competitive salary range of $42.00-$58.00 per hour.
