We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse I-8D EH to join our team at MUSC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective care to patients, utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process.
- Interact with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, and walking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physical and mental stamina.
