Senior Supervisor Job Description

Global Channel Management seeks a seasoned Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day functions and activities across departments, including people management and operational subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads and manages teams to drive business performance, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business unit metrics.
  • Develops and implements process improvements and new systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Coaches and develops employees, addressing people matters and identifying development needs.
  • Acts as the primary client contact for day-to-day operations, resolving systems issues and providing feedback on quality and workload.
  • Generates reports on performance measurement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of concepts, theories, and principles in own discipline.
  • Ability to translate strategy and priorities into work products.
