We are seeking a Customer Success Expert to join our team at LexisNexis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create a territory account plan to support assigned corporate legal customers
  • Provide consultative services to customers to maximize use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and tools
  • Collaborate with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans
  • Identify and share leads/opportunities with sales reps and/or Product Specialists
  • Conduct virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to promote LexisNexis product, solutions, and content in the marketplace
  • Collect feature/function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members
  • Utilize all required processes, tools, and systems
  • Effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven sales or training experience and a Bachelor's degree. Juris Doctorate or degree in legal studies is preferred along with the ability to interact with C-level executives. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to travel to client sites (nominally, estimated at less than 10%). The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
