Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Warranty Specialist who excels in customer service and has a keen understanding of the necessary repairs and services. This role involves the preparation of repair orders and the timely processing of warranty claims for various franchises and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Track warranty parts by tagging them with the appropriate repair order number and replacement dates.
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with payments in accordance with the accounting schedule.
  • Maintain strong customer relations through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in truck or automotive management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP (CDK) systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
