Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage BIM protocols and templates for the organization.
  • Collaborate with project teams to set up and manage BIM projects.
  • Create accurate BIM models for design development and review.
  • Use BIM models to extract project information, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BIM application issues and user errors.
  • Train and support team members and partners on the use of BIM technology and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM and related technology.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met and within budget.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a BIM Specialist role or similar.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and others.
  • Proficient in Blueprint Reading and Schematics.
  • Strong abilities to analyze technical drawings.
  • Excellent technical skills and a high level of proficiency with design technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
