Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jobot as a BIM/VDC Specialist, where you will play a critical role in our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage BIM protocols and templates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to strategize and implement BIM technology for complex construction projects.
  • Use Revit to create detailed 3D models for electrical layouts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM data produced by the project team.
  • Train and support team members in the use of BIM technology and standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the project delivery process with the project team.
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM and VDC technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Revit for Electrical layouts.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
