  • Supervise and mentor a team of research analysts, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of data and research outcomes, producing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage with senior management and cross-departmental teams to identify research requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed research reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and strategic implications to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in mentoring and developing research talent.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement advanced research strategies.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex research findings into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Thorough understanding of industry trends, research best practices, and emerging technologies in research analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic environment, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
