  • Implement evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social interactions, and independent skills in children.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to intervention.
  • Monitor progress regularly and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically in early intervention programs.
  • Profound knowledge of early childhood development and intervention techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with families and caregivers.
