Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Carlsbad Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography (CT) scanning and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans of the head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.
- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in CT scanning.
- Licensure in the state of New Mexico.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
