Job Summary

Lindy Paving is seeking a skilled Asphalt Quality Control Specialist to join its team in the Western Pennsylvania region. As a key member of the Asphalt Plant Quality Control team, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting road construction materials to ensure they meet or exceed customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing and inspection of road construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
  • Understand and apply test methods and procedures
  • Analyze test data and implement corrective actions to prevent non-conforming products
  • Document and control data
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
  • Develop and train for succession

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • NECEPT certification or Quality Control experience in road construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to meet safety requirements and adhere to company policies
