The Strategic Provider Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading the recruitment of physicians, medical executives, and residency faculty across the system. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with Physician Services and Development leaders to identify and attract top talent.

  • Leads and develops high-performing staff who support the recruitment of multiple physician and provider specialties, with a system-wide scope.
  • Extends employment brand through recruitment and associated support services for the highest quality, mission-inspired medical staff.
  • Continually seeks to improve and deliver processes, outcomes, and customer evaluation of PS&D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and participate in Physician, Medical Executive leadership, and Residency faculty recruitment activities.

  • Collaborate with Physician Services and Development leaders to identify and address recruitment needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of relevant leadership experience.
