Bilingual HR Generalist

Job Summary

The HR Generalist is a customer-facing role that serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers within the organization. This position reports directly to the HR Director and receives day-to-day supervision and guidance from the Senior HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Process payroll changes, benefits enrollments, and other employee transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.
• Manage recruitment efforts for seasonal and regular, full-time non-exempt positions.

Functional Support

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to the Senior HR Generalist or HR Director as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Strategic Support

• Collaborate with HRBPs to identify and address workforce planning and talent management needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 2-4 years of HR or Administrative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast-paced, supporting multiple locations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish assignments.
