We are seeking a highly skilled Gift Processing and Data Manager to join our team at Southwestern Medical Foundation. This role is responsible for overseeing gift processing and the Foundation's constituent database, ensuring accurate and timely recording and processing of contributions, and maintaining donor and fund files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record gifts, grants, and other contributions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage the Foundation's constituent database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with database protocols.
  • Oversee the functionality and integration of gift processing systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to the team on database management and gift processing procedures.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to data management procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports on gift processing metrics, trends, and outcomes, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison to the Finance and Accounting team, assisting with related financial reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One to three years of gift processing and database management experience, preferably with Raiser's Edge/Affinaquest/Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven technical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team contributor, with a keen sense of organization and prioritization.
