KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests, taking and fulfilling beverage orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the gaming area by clearing away empty glasses, bottles, and other debris.
  • Continuously monitor guests' needs to ensure timely fulfillment of beverage requests.
  • Assist fellow beverage staff with necessary maintenance tasks, including side work and opening/closing duties.
  • Exhibit a polished appearance and adhere to grooming standards, serving as a role model for others.
  • Help replenish beverage supplies at service stations to ensure readiness for guest service.
  • Request identification from guests when necessary to verify legal drinking age.
  • Utilize proper etiquette when placing orders with the bartender to maintain a courteous environment.
  • Keep service areas stocked, clean, and sanitary to uphold health and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about departmental updates, property knowledge, and current promotions to enhance guest experience.
