Position: Front Desk Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist with reservations, pre-registrations, and room assignments.
- Support large groups during their arrival process.
- Provide local area knowledge to help guests discover dining, shopping, and attractions.
- Proactively address and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle payment processing in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
- Ensure accurate balancing of cash, checks, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Respond to inquiries and fulfill guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a friendly and outgoing personality, committed to guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems.
- Exhibits a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to take on additional shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
