Job Overview

At James Hodge Chevrolet, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team of automotive sales professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and market share
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a dealership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and market conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
