Job Title: Facilities Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 5-star customer service to all employees and clients
  • Perform general and preventative office maintenance and repair duties
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and safety tests
  • Conduct inspections and record keeping of needed services
  • Set up and assemble office furniture installations
  • Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform daily key operations of convenience multi-function devices
  • Submit work orders for certain requests
  • Provide services or coordinate support for cleaning offices and bathrooms, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and light fixture bulbs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years prior work experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • PC skills and MS Office Suite experience
