Job Summary

Mt. Indie is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation of QA strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements that align with customer expectations.
  • Ensure project personnel receive necessary training and stay informed on relevant programs and resources.
  • Conduct regular reviews of development processes, test plans, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and report on test results, defects, and performance metrics, offering recommendations for mitigation and corrective action.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Interact frequently with subordinates and stakeholders to ensure mutual collaboration on both functional and technical aspects.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes and solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance (required due to contract).
  • U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship (required by contract).
  • Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule for 24x7x365 systems uptime.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role or in a related field, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape and QA best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring that QA initiatives meet both business and technical needs.
