About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Goodwill Columbus. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cleaning machines and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Assist with special events and projects as required
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in housekeeping or custodial work
- Ability to operate cleaning machines and equipment
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
