Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring that raw materials meet the required quality standards before being processed. Load materials into machinery to manufacture components of a final product. Verify that the materials used are compatible with the machinery and the products being created.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize necessary protective equipment.
  • Comply with the organization's Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
  • Assist in achieving daily production targets.
  • Understand the operational capabilities of the machinery.
  • Ensure machinery is properly calibrated for the tasks required.
  • Follow operational guidelines for machinery use.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the workspace.
  • Be available for overtime work as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience operating various types of machinery.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.


Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
  • Capable of lifting heavy items (up to 60 pounds).
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:00pm
