Hospice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse to join our Hospice team in Rancho Mirage. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow the plan of care and provide treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Three years of nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical settings
  • Current licensure as a LPN/LVN in the State
  • Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice
  • Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
