Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. You will also assist with employee payroll, budget preparation, and record-keeping. In addition, you will coordinate the collection and preparation of operating reports, ensure proper phone handling, and maintain accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree with concentration in business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three (3) to Five (5) plus years of related work experience
• Computer literacy: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows software
• Strong administrative background
• Excellent interpersonal, office management, and communications skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
