Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to join our team at Resource Property Management. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the management of our communities, ensuring that all aspects of community association management are performed in compliance with Florida Statutes and governing documents.

About the Job
  • This is a full-time onsite position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of community association management experience and a valid State of Florida CAM license.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the board in engaging licensed and insured contractors and service providers.
  2. Monitor contractor and service provider performance.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Return all calls and emails within 24 hours.
  5. Prepare or review all association correspondence, including meeting notices and owner correspondence.
  6. Prepare a board meeting packet for each regular scheduled board meeting.
  7. Attend all board and membership meetings as stipulated in the RPM contract.
  8. Utilize Vantaca daily to respond to and create action items as needed.
  9. Maintain up-to-date association records and information in Vantaca and Homewise.
  10. Monitor expenses and approve invoices for payment in Vantaca timely for each check run.
  11. Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and budgetary requirements.
  12. Perform property inspections as specified within the management contract.
  13. Ensure that violation letters are processed and follow-up is timely.
  14. Prepare the initial draft of the annual budget based on the specified timeline.
  15. Maintain all association insurance policies to be in full force and effect in concert with the board and the association's insurance agent.
  16. Notify the board president and, when necessary, all board members of potential issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma (HS) or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of community association management experience.
  • State of Florida CAM license.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and auto insurance.
