Medical Surgical Nurse Position in Maine

We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week contract in Bangor, Maine.
About the RoleThis position involves working as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and record prescribed medications
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
- Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN License in Maine or Compact RN License where applicable
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience, preferably with tele course training
