Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Aide to join our team at Intercept Health. As a Therapeutic Aide, you will work closely with clients in a school setting, implementing behavior principles to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior principles to increase use of coping skills and pro-social skills in the school environment.
  • Observe client skills and collect data to inform program goals.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and provide coaching, training, and support to parents and/or caregivers.
  • Develop and implement behavior management strategies to increase generalization of individual skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred.
  • Previous professional experience working with children, particularly those with Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience.
