Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Aide & Transportation Floater to provide one-on-one support to youth in various settings, including schools, daycare, and private placements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human services and experience working with youth in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior management and modification interventions to support youth in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) and individualized point sheets to promote positive behavior.
  • Provide transportation for youth to and from school, appointments, and other relevant events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or related experience.
  • QMHP eligibility is highly sought after.
  • Experience working with youth in a school setting is a plus.
