Business Analyst Position

This unique opportunity is based in our Columbia, Maryland office. As a Business Analyst, you will be intellectually challenged on a continual basis, utilizing and honing your business acumen, analytical skills, and process abilities in a complex global corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect, trend, and compile operational data into meaningful reports and monitors to support workflow processes, improved productivity, and lean continual improvement.
  2. Monitor processes for defect analysis, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
  3. Analyze, create, maintain, and continuously improve highly effective processes that align with company goals.
  4. Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to present to management teams.
  5. Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  6. Become the first line of SAP and C4C support for OMS (Order Management Specialist) teams.
  7. Participate in and/or manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Operations.
  • Detail-oriented and effective organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Columbia, MD.
  • To be considered, candidates must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.
Compensation

The total compensation for this position is $66K-$120K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location, and level.

Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors, including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure, and job-related skills.
