Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision of assigned residential sites to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with DPW/ODP 6400 regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Conduct site orientations for new staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about resident needs and services.
  • Regularly observe and provide feedback and training to residential skills trainers to ensure they are using techniques that positively support individual goals and ODP's Everyday Lives Philosophy.
  • Manage all site-related issues, including support of residents, cleanliness and orderliness of sites, regular employee feedback, evaluations, and trainings.
  • Monitor assigned residential sites to ensure the health and safety of residents and inform PATH's Facilities Department of any facility problems in a timely manner.
  • In cooperation with the Community Inclusion Manager, ensure opportunities for residents to engage in community-integrated activities in keeping with individualized service plans and resident preferences.
  • Provide direct services as needed, especially during staff vacancies, in consultation with the Scheduling Specialist.
  • Attend and facilitate monthly meetings, including site meetings and Support Coordinator Monitorings.
  • Participate in the provision of 24-hour/7-day-a-week on-call supervisory coverage on a scheduled basis, including responding to phone calls in accordance with PATH's On-Call Policy and Procedures and providing face-to-face intervention as indicated to resolve a crisis.
