Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of rockstars to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that exceed company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead your team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
