About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer to join our team at Tek Ninjas. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, and layouts using Java, JSP, and HTL/Sightly.
  • Implement AEM as a Cloud Service solutions, including end-to-end implementations and migrations.
  • Develop and maintain AEM sites, including content management, search, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Adobe solutions, such as Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Perform infrastructure setup, performance optimization, security, and other administrative tasks for AEM environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in AEM development, with a strong focus on Java, JSP, and HTL/Sightly.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise Java frameworks, such as Spring.
  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including end-to-end implementations and migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, and layouts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of various client-side, server-side, and database performance optimizations.
  • Experience with code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
  • Other CMS experiences.
