  • Circulation and Access Services: Manage circulation and access services, including checking out and returning materials, resolving borrowing issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technical Services: Provide technical support for library systems, including the online catalog, databases, and other software applications.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for library staff and students on library policies, procedures, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Library Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Four years of technical experience in a library environment or related setting.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in library software and technologies, and ability to learn new systems and technologies.

Working Conditions:
