Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing Mount Pleasant, SC office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall success of assigned civil engineering projects, including financial performance, project scheduling, client needs, and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend project coordination meetings with clients, project team members, government agencies, and contractors
  • Prepare and review project technical specifications
  • Coordinate project workloads with other project team members
  • Make engineering design decisions independently and communicate effectively
  • Prepare complete design and permitting for pump stations and other civil infrastructure projects
  • Assist in construction administration responsibilities and coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies
  • Evaluate and provide solutions to problem-solving and troubleshooting issues
  • Engage in community involvement and participate in continuing education opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university
  • 10 years' experience in civil engineering design or construction-related experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E) exam and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and mentor fellow civil designers and technicians
