Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clean and organized tables, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet and possess an engaging demeanor.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the restaurant for service by setting up prior to shifts.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant.
  • Guide guests through their dining experience with detailed menu descriptions.
  • Accurately take orders and confirm any special requests.
  • Master the menu to enhance guest interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen/bar staff.
  • Address guest concerns and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conclude the dining experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
