Job SummaryThe Lead Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for overseeing the Pressure Washing Technicians, planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, assigning team members to their respective locations, and maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
This role requires at least two years of pressure washing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Schedule: Wed – Sun 2pm – 10pm
- Operate pressure-washing equipment to thoroughly clean heavy equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee pressure-washing projects from start to finish.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.
- Complete scheduled routes in a timely fashion while ensuring all equipment is cleaned properly.
- Conduct inspections before, during, and after projects to ensure quality and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job sites, equipment cleaned, and any issues encountered.
- Perform minor maintenance on pressure washing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate utility truck with 16-foot trailer attached.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot pressure-washing equipment.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- High school diploma or GED-equivalent preferred.
- At least two years of pressure washing experience required.
- One to two years of experience driving a landscape trailer or similar vehicle.
Work is generally performed outdoors in all-weather elements such as hot, cold, rain, or snow and personal protective equipment is required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weight.
