Job Title: Dual Behavioral Health Specialist

Central City Concern is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dual Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide intensive case management and integrated dual diagnosis treatment to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect information regarding clients' history through interviewing, records review, and consultation.
  • Develop strengths-based treatment plans with clients.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and case conferences with team members.
  • Provide crisis stabilization in a community setting.
  • Assess, triage, and respond to psychiatric and substance abuse crises.
  • Perform risk assessments and evaluate level of care needs.
  • Monitor and assure that the health and safety needs of clients are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Registered with MHACBO as a QMHA-R.
  • CADC-R certification required.
  • Must meet CCC privileging requirements.
  • Current CPR certification required.
