Job Overview

Discovery Behavioral Health DBH is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. As a member of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective psychopharmacological interventions for patients with psychiatric disorders
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide regular consultations with program leadership to discuss patient progress and treatment effectiveness
  • Act as a medical director for the treatment team, providing guidance and oversight on medical matters
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system
Requirements
  • Must be a qualified psychiatrist with experience in adolescent psychiatry
  • Must be a graduate of an approved medical school and hold a current license in the state of practice
  • Must be eligible for membership in the local branch of the State Medical Society
