Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to existing clients, both via phone and in person.
  • Guide clients in understanding the insurance policies that align with their requirements.
  • Provide quotes and facilitate the sale of various insurance products on behalf of our partners.
  • Offer consistent support to colleagues, including sales and service personnel.
  • Assist current customers with policy inquiries, claims, billing questions, and other requests.
  • Ensure accurate documentation within the Agency Management System.

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Aptitude for multitasking, following through, and maintaining communication.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is necessary. While an insurance license is not required at the time of hiring, it is expected to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
