Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently
  3. Handle billing and payment inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  5. Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in an insurance or related industry
  • A strong understanding of insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer a 401(k) plan with company match.
