Your Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.

- Generate and maintain necessary reports and documentation.
- Oversee job descriptions and organizational structures.
- Utilize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with work authorization regulations and maintain I-9 documentation.
- Manage policy acknowledgments and distribution for new hires.
- Coordinate the procurement and organization of HR supplies and maintain an orderly office environment.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and analyze utilization data.
- Welcome applicants and team members with enthusiasm, addressing inquiries and facilitating the application process.
- Ensure completion of necessary paperwork for new hires and related processes.
Additional Support for the HR Team:
- Receive and manage incoming wardrobe items.
- Distribute wardrobe items in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain inventory control and assist in determining supply levels.
- Compile and submit necessary reports as required.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Conduct uniform inventory assessments and report discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Enjoyment in hosting and engaging with others.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a lively environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications; experience with casino marketing software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
