In this position, you will engage in the fabrication and modification of RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies that are of mid to high complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble connectors, substrates, components, and modules within intricate microwave assemblies
  • Conduct disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair tasks on various pre-production subassemblies and complete systems
  • Develop work sequences to adhere to project timelines
  • Employ measurement tools to verify that units meet specifications
  • Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly
  • Capability to work under a microscope and utilize hand tools
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to interpret and work from process documentation and schematics
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in environments controlled for ESD and FOD
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes
  • Background in working with military products in regulated settings
  • Proficiency in soldering components
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience working within diverse teams
Security Clearance: This role necessitates a government security clearance, and U.S. Citizenship is required.
