Job Description

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to helping people be their best in the moments that matter. As a Software Customer Service Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for our CommandCenter Software, Mobile Video, and Rave solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer services contracts and relationships to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational acceptance.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions and ensure best practices are adhered to within customer environments.
  • Deliver consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations and managing customer escalations.
  • Maintain awareness of complex service matters, including technical solutions implementations and activities.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Motorola Software and Video products, API technologies, Software Architecture and Design, System Integration, and Cloud Deployment.
  • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
