- Provide timely support for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate order status reports for tracking customer orders and inventory until shipment.
- Ensure all purchase orders reflect correct pricing and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for shipments, both domestic and international.
- Address invoice discrepancies and manage credit/debit notes as required.
- Monitor and process customer complaints, coordinating with quality assurance as necessary.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales and shipping reports, utilizing ERP and software tools for effective reporting.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service within a manufacturing context is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at analyzing and interpreting financial reports and data.
Quality Assurance
Maintain adherence to quality policies and systems, reporting any non-conformances to management. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that product quality and processes meet established standards.
