POSITION OVERVIEW //The Area Team Leader (ATL) will report directly to the Director of Restaurant Operations (DRO) and is expected to embody and promote MyHomeState's culture, mission, and core values. The ATL will mentor and develop restaurant managers to achieve objectives in various areas, including operational excellence, guest service, financial management, recruitment, training, scheduling, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
The ATL is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned restaurants, focusing on manager development, succession planning, and ensuring that all team members receive the necessary support. The ATL is expected to maintain a visible presence in each restaurant and serve as a resource for general managers and staff.

* Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (6 or more hours per shift, excluding breaks).

* Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot cooking areas to cold storage.
