Position Overview

Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service. Additional duties encompass processing food orders, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, and packaging items for customers. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
  • Clarify menu options, respond to inquiries, and recommend additional selections.
  • Ensure accurate completion of orders and customer transactions.
  • Input customer orders correctly into the point of sale system.
  • Process payments, operate cash registers, and manage receipts.
  • Handle cash, complimentary items, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere.
  • Clean and upkeep guest areas, including dining spaces and counters.
  • Restock paper products, condiments, utensils, and beverages.
  • Keep workstations tidy and organized.
  • Accurately prepare, package, and present customer orders.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
  • Clean and organize dining, service, and kitchen areas.
  • Assist kitchen personnel when required.
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, or climbing, including the use of ladders.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of items up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
  • Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine motor tasks.
  • Effective communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to maintain effective visual and auditory perception to respond to the environment.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and exposure to food allergens.
  • Ability to operate and work safely with restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Compensation

USD $10.00 /Hr.
