Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for managing and administering our Information System (IS) in accordance with internal and external security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure that our IS is operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with governing authority-approved authorization packages and customer directives.
  • Security Education and Training: Develop and lead security education and training programs for our team and other stakeholders.
  • Incident Response: Lead investigations of computer security violations and incidents, and ensure that proper protection and corrective measures are taken.
  • Security Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage a formal Information Security/Information Systems Security Program, including the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of related experience.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of related experience.
  • Certifications: CISSP certification, and a valid TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISSM/ISSO Experience: Past or current experience as an ISSM/ISSO.
  • DoD IS Knowledge: Knowledge and experience with DoD Information Systems.
